Operator: Kootenay Silver Inc. ("Kootenay")
Technical Report: NI 43-101 Report
The La Cigarra silver project is located in the state of Chihuahua along the eastern fringes of the Sierra Madre Occidental in north central Mexico; 26
kilometers from the historic silver mining city of Parral. The project is close to power and has good road access, topography and infrastructure.
To date reconnaissance, sampling and drilling completed by Kootenay confirm numerous silver occurrences currently traced over a 6.5 kilometers trend of mineralization. Situated within a robust 3.5 kilometers mineralized trend, the 2.4 kilometers long La Cigarra silver deposit contains a potentially economic open-pittable mineral resource.
Utilizing a silver price of $22 per troy ounce and reported at a 35 g/t silver cut-off grade, the NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate comprises 51.5 million ounces of silver in the Measured & Indicated categories grading 86.3 g/t silver and 11.5 million ounces of silver in the Inferred category grading 80.0 g/t silver. The La Cigarra silver deposit also contains appreciable gold, lead and zinc values.
Please refer to the corporate presentation posted on this website for details of the 1% NSR owned by Sailfish on the Parral 2 claim, which surrounds the main La Cigarra claims.
